Pamela Benjamin has served as the Executive Director of TRAILS since its inception in 2016. She manages the consortium’s day-to-day operations and works collaboratively with TRAILS member libraries, General Council, Cabinet, and the consortium’s various committees. Her work includes budget oversight, negotiation of resource contracts, support for the decision-making processes of the consortium’s governing bodies, and the facilitation of cooperative collection and professional development. Pamela works with educational partners and stakeholders like the Montana State Library, the Montana Library Association, and members of the K-16 community to ensure that TRAILS remains a vital resource for academic success and collaboration across the state.
